What is an API or webhook integration?
An API lets two systems exchange data on demand; a webhook automatically sends a notification when an event happens (an order, a payment). Together they let your store communicate in real time with the POS, the courier system or the payment processor, without you copying anything by hand.
Does the online order flow automatically into the POS and the kitchen display?
Yes, if your POS offers an API or webhooks (most do). We configure every order placed in the store to enter the till and the kitchen screen directly, with no re-entry — the cook sees the order within seconds.
Can you connect the store with my courier or a courier firm?
Yes. We configure a flow where every paid order is automatically assigned to your own courier or a courier firm, with the customer’s address and route. The courier gets the notification, and the customer sees the "out for delivery" status in real time.
What is an "automated order flow" and what does it do for me?
An automated flow chains several actions triggered by a single event. Example: the customer places an order → payment is confirmed → the order appears in the kitchen → the receipt is issued → the courier gets the route → the customer gets notified. It all happens in seconds, with no one pressing a button.
Are integrations secure? Is customer data protected?
Yes. We use secure authentication and signed webhooks (HMAC) so order data travels protected between systems. Payment data is processed directly by the payment provider, never passing through the server. The whole flow respects GDPR data protection requirements.
Do I have to change my current POS or courier for you to integrate them?
Not necessarily. We connect the systems you already use, as long as they offer an API or webhooks. If your current tools are closed or limited, we recommend alternatives that integrate natively with the food store.
