What payment methods can I offer customers?
Online card payment via a secure processor and cash on delivery (cash or card to the courier). We recommend the right mix based on your audience and order types. You collect directly, with no per-order commission held back by an intermediary platform.
Can I manage the menu and orders myself?
Yes. You get a panel to add products, update prices, mark a product "sold out", see orders in real time and change their status (preparing, out for delivery, delivered). Customer notifications are sent automatically. You need no developer for day-to-day operation.
Does the store calculate the delivery fee automatically?
Yes. You define delivery zones by radius or postcode, each with its own fee, plus a free-delivery threshold (e.g. free above a set amount). The customer sees the fee and estimated time right in the cart and can also choose pickup from the location, with no delivery fee.
How long does it take to launch a food store?
A standard store with a menu of a few dozen products takes about 4-6 weeks: menu structure, appetising design, delivery zones and payment setup, full-flow testing and launch. Large menus or multiple locations are scoped individually.
Is the store optimised for mobile?
Yes, as a priority. Almost all food orders happen on phones, so we design the checkout mobile-first: large buttons, minimal steps, fast payment. A clunky mobile checkout means lost orders exactly when the customer is hungry.
Will my food appear in Google?
Yes. Every product page gets Product/Offer structured data (price, availability) that can generate rich results in Google. For maximum local visibility we also recommend the SEO & GEO service, which targets both Google and the AI engines that recommend where to order.
